Role Play is the first of its kind, from concept to completion in just six months on a micro-budget, the highly stylized and quality production value film, features an all Milwaukee crew and cast of local comedians, actors and music artists. This is a ground-breaking film for Milwaukee’s independent film community as well as new representation for the city’s comedy circuit. Role Play is funny, sexy and irresistibly enjoyable.

Role Play stars Terrence “T-Dot” Kingsby as Reggie and Kelly “Kelz” Davis as his overbearing yet loveable wife, Raquel. After visiting a relationship counselor played by Dasha Kelly to help sort out intimacy issues, this married couple experiences an out of body switch that offers a unique and incredibly funny perspective of the opposite sex. This is a lesson that will test the value of their marriage as they are forced to live these roles for several days.

Other notable cast members include Adrian “Da Jester” Patrick, Ruth “Ms Cut” Troop, Aliah Marie Arneson, Arturo De La Mesa and Gigalo Jackson. The star studded soundtrack includes Milwaukee’s own Cincere, Alesia Miller, Scott Knoxx, Jre Riley, Stricklin and more.

Role Play was written by Kent Rashad Jamison and produced by Robert Phillips, John Rios, Kent Rashad Jamison, Mohammad Shah and Rubin Whitmore II.  AlphaBang Collective is a unique collaboration of experienced and emerging mediamakers driven to provide quality entertainment experiences in community often underrepresented.
